Not satisfied with your order?
You can return the goods within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

Return Conditions and Guidelines:

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.

  • We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Please ensure all returned items are well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • All returns must be sent via a trackable and insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  • Make sure the return request is approved beforehand — without approval, your return may not be processed.

Step 2: Send your items to the return address provided. Make sure the package includes a Track & Trace number. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Once we have received the package, we will ensure the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five business days.
